Overview
At the beginning of each day we meet for the first 10 minutes as a classroom family to discuss the days agenda and participate in our character building activities using our Second Step curriculum as our guide. We discuss how working together as a team we can become responsible and productive members of society and integrate knowledge we have gained to better our lives. Our students will be able to identify and find strategies to cope with common social and emotional problems such as anxiety, aggression, and depression (PL-5-PW-S-SMEH3). They will be able to demonstrate ways to avoid stressful situations such as bullying, peer pressure, and conflict in their peer groups (PL-5-PW-U-3) as well as communicate o adults situations that could be potentially harmful to themselves or others (PL-5-PW-S-SMEH1.a).

Personalized Learning Pacing Guide
Below you will find the Co-Teaching Classroom Pacing guide for both ELA and Math. The guide is flexible and allows for the student to choose their own pathway during the personalized session of the instructional day. At any given time the pacing guide could reflect a various array of instruction being engaged in the classroom.

Weekly Lesson Guide
Here you will find the weekly guide that is used to initiate whole group and small group instruction. Since we are on a block schedule the guide is flexible and may not always match due to addressing the students individual needs. Example: Monday and Wednesday are ELA days and Tuesday and Thursday are typically Math days. Friday is used for conferring for both subjects.
